My name is Mercy. Here are three good reasons to get a massage with me.

I can help you relieve stress. Knots built up in the shoulders and neck can come from stress. I can use my knowledge and expertise of trigger point therapy and release the knots.
2. Aren't sleeping well?
The relaxation response is a state in which your heart and breathing rate slow, your blood pressure goes down, your production of stress hormones decreases, and your muscles relax.
I have put 8/10 clients to sleep.
If you are overworked and aren't getting much sleep, come to me, with my heated table and relaxing kneading tecniques I will help you drift away.

Massage therapy relaxes muscle tissue, which reduces painful contractions and spasms.

MY Massages

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
Swedish
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Hot Stone
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.
